• Information you give us. When you use our contact form, email us, call us, or create a SaySo account, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to share.
• Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. It may collect pages visited, time spent, device and browser type, approximate location, and referring website, using cookies or similar technologies.
• Project information. If you become a client, we may receive business information, files, or account access needed to deliver the work you have asked for.

SaySo lets agencies plan posts, get client approval, and publish to social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest. When you connect an account through that platform’s official login, we receive only what you approve on its permission screen. Depending on the platform, this may include:

• Your basic profile information, such as name, email address and profile picture.
• The pages, business accounts, company pages or boards you choose to connect, including their names and IDs.
• Access tokens that allow SaySo to publish on your behalf.
• Basic performance information for posts published through SaySo, where the platform provides it and you have granted access.
• The content you create or schedule in SaySo, including captions, images, videos and links.

We use this information only to:

• connect your accounts and show them inside SaySo;
• publish the posts you or your team schedule and approve;
• show you the status of your published posts.

Access tokens are stored encrypted. We do not sell data received from any social media platform, use it for advertising, or use it to build profiles of individuals. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run SaySo, listed below. Our use of platform data follows each platform’s developer terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms, the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, and the Pinterest Developer Guidelines.

• To reply to your enquiry and confirm that we received it.
• To provide, operate and support SaySo.
• To prepare proposals, deliver services, and communicate with you about your project.
• To understand site traffic and improve our website and products.
• To keep our website and SaySo secure and prevent misuse.
• To comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run our business, for example:

• EmailJS, which delivers messages sent through our contact form.
• Google Analytics, which provides website usage statistics.
• Our hosting and cloud storage providers, which run SaySo and store uploaded media.
• Social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn and Pinterest), to publish content you schedule through SaySo.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Our website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure traffic. SaySo uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking essential cookies may stop SaySo from working properly.

We keep enquiry details as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on potential work. SaySo account data and connected account data are kept while your account is active. When you disconnect a social account, we stop using its access token and delete it. Client information is kept for the length of our engagement, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, accounting, or support purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

You can remove SaySo’s access and ask us to delete your data at any time:

1. Disconnect the account in SaySo, or remove SaySo’s access from the platform itself:
   • Facebook / Instagram:Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → SaySo → Remove.
   • LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → SaySo → Remove.
   • Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins → Apps → SaySo → Revoke access.
2. Email vardhmantechservices@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the account name or email you used.

We will delete your connected account details, access tokens and related SaySo data within 30 days, and confirm by email once it’s done.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access, including encrypting access tokens. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or update inaccurate information;
• ask us to delete your information, or withdraw consent you have given;
• raise a concern about how we handle your data.

Our website and SaySo may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

Our website and SaySo are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when SaySo supports a new platform. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
