By accessing or using our website or SaySo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use SaySo on behalf of an agency or business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or SaySo.

Vardhman Tech provides website, application, and software development and related technology services, and operates SaySo. The information on this website is a general description of what we offer. The exact scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for any client project are set out in a separate proposal, quotation, or agreement. Where that document differs from these Terms, it takes precedence.

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when you create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
• Review links let your clients view and approve content without an account. Anyone with a review link can see the content it contains, so share links only with the people who need them.
• Tell us promptly at vardhmantechservices@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

SaySo lets you connect accounts on third-party platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest, and publish content to them.

• You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• By connecting an account, you authorise SaySo to access it and publish content on your behalf, within the permissions you approve.
• Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, including Meta’s Terms of Service, the LinkedIn User Agreement, and Pinterest’s Terms of Service. You are responsible for complying with them.
• Platforms can change or limit their services at any time. We are not responsible if a platform changes, suspends, or removes a feature, rejects a post, or suspends your account.
• You can disconnect an account at any time in SaySo or in the platform’s settings.

• You keep full ownership of the content you upload, create, or schedule in SaySo, including text, images, videos, and links (“Your Content”).
• You give us a limited licence to store, process, display, and publish Your Content only as needed to provide SaySo to you, for example to show it to your team and clients and to publish it to the accounts you choose.
• You confirm you have all rights and permissions needed for Your Content. That includes rights to images, music, trademarks, and the likeness of any people shown, and approval from your clients where required.
• You are responsible for Your Content and for what is published through your account. We do not review content before it is published.

You agree not to:

• use our website or SaySo for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, or spam;
• use SaySo to break any social media platform’s terms, including through fake engagement, automated spam, or impersonation;
• submit false, misleading, or spam enquiries through our contact form;
• try to gain unauthorised access to our website, SaySo, its servers, or other users’ data;
• introduce viruses, malicious code, or anything that could harm our systems or users;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell our website, SaySo, or their content without our written permission.

You may stop using SaySo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other users or platforms at risk, or is required by law or a platform to be closed. Where reasonable, we will tell you first. When an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our website, SaySo, and their content belong to Vardhman Tech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. That includes text, graphics, logos, design, and code, but excludes Your Content. Ownership of work created for clients is governed by the relevant project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client once full payment has been received.

Any estimate we share is based on the information available at the time and may change if the project scope changes. Payment terms, milestones, and any advance payment will be stated in the proposal or agreement. If SaySo is offered on a paid plan, its pricing and billing terms will be shown before you subscribe. We may pause work or access to paid features if payments are overdue.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or materials needed for a project. They are also responsible for making sure they have the rights to use anything they give us. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

Our website, SaySo, and client projects rely on third-party tools and services. These include social media platforms, hosting, cloud storage, domains, analytics, email delivery, and payment gateways. These are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or performance.

Our website and SaySo are provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep them accurate, secure, and running. However, we make no warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every scheduled post will be published at the exact time. Delivery depends on third-party platforms. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vardhman Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, SaySo, or our services. This includes loss of profits, data, followers, reach, or business, and losses caused by a third-party platform or by content published through your account. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or for the relevant project.

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs brought against Vardhman Tech that arise from Your Content, your use of SaySo, or your breach of these Terms or of a platform’s terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when SaySo supports a new platform. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use our website or SaySo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
